Becoming chronically offline
You may notice that I am online right now, on the internet,
making a website.
Both "chronically" And
"offline" are a bit of an exaggeration. Basically, the goal is to
spend less time on social media and on my
phone in general.
Become the opposite of who
some call "chronically online" people.

Started bullet journaling again this month
(used to somewhat regularly in 2019-2023).
Nothing fancy, just me and my messy
handwriting. I wouldn't recommend looking at
the official bulletjournal.com website
cause
shit's gotten weird. $299 courses and plans and shit. It's really nothing crazy, just a
calendar and to-do lists.
Anyway, I also bought a tiny notepad today.

Got a new alarm clock
today so I don't keep
my phone next to my
bed anymore.
It's really cute,
the numbers are green.

I've managed to have less than 1h screen time (on my phone) for some days now. It's
surprisingly easy when you just
keep it out of reach and kinda just... don't touch it. I only looked at it every few hours to check if anyone messaged me.
This video really helped me a lot. Though I
will not go as far as getting a landline phone.
